You are welcomed into this space by the gorgeous hardwood timber flooring and sliding doors opening up to the partially undercover decking area. This is the perfect place to take in the water views while entertaining friends and family or watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances; dishwasher an an electric oven and stovetop. The property has 3 bedrooms consisting of a queen bed in one, a queen bed and a single trundle bed in another and a set of single bunks beds in the third bedroom. Also upstairs is the bathroom. Split system heating and cooling in the main area will keep you comfortable year round and the Coonara fireplace will keep you cosy and warm on those extra chilly days and nights. \*Please note; firewood and kindling is not supplied but can be purchased from the BP service station in Cowes. Pets are welcome. The laundry in located downstairs where there is plenty of space to store some of your beach items and there is even an extra fridge! There's plenty of room for parking, even for a boat. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
