Description - The San Moise apartment is roomy for a comfortable stay of a numerous family or a group of friends. It is located on the first floor of an historical building equipped with lift. You will have two bedrooms, one double and the other with two individual beds, a roomy living room that is also a suite for three persons with sofa / extra bed. The kitchen is separated from the other rooms and is completely equipped with dishwasher and microwave oven and all the kitchenware. There are two restrooms: one with bathtub and the other with shower. Both of them have an hairdryer. The comforts of the apartment are air conditioning, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet.

Location - The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square and from La Fenice Theatre, and 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge.
Once you go down from the apartment, you find yourself in Calle Larga XXII Marzo: here you can discover the Venice of the famous boutiques with international brands like VALENTINO-PRADA-GUCCI-, with the historical haberdasheries and the glass-makers stores.
From Fondazione Pinault to Palazzo Grassi; from the Collection Peggy Guggenheim to the Biennale, you will have the chance to enter the fascinating art world.

If you are interested in the history of the city, you can easily discover Riva delle Zattere, the traditional restaurants of the Fondamenta della Misericordia and the historical Sestiere di Castello.
Moreover, there are a lot of aspects of Venice that are worth-exploring! You can admire from the Lagoon the wonderful fireworks during the feast of the Redentore or reach the shore of the Lido where, in September, the Film Festival takes place.

great location, hard to find, plenty of room, poor showers/hot-water

Complicated to find, nobody to meet us at unit, all check in through whats_app instructions. The location is great, and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. One of the two showers had hot-water problems (off/on) and the other was a bathtub with a really janky showerhead on a hose stuck to the wall. Lots of questionable looking electric wires (right next to the shower!).Bed was comfortable, unit is far enough off main streets to be pretty quiet at night. The unit was clean and the furniture was modern.If you get this place, you get it for the location that is really close to lots of tourist sites.

Location the best part

Location was great once you finally find it. Size of apartment was comfortable but everything was sub standard. Beds ok , not great. Wouldn’t use the couch bed, way uncomfortable. Took mostly cold showers due to very finicky water heater. Bathroom fan didn’t work. We distended heat or air conditioning so I don’t know if they worked. Other issues were lack of pillow cases, kitchen towels, and no paper towels. It’s doable but, not very pleasant.

No hot water

The washing machine doesn’t work and there’s no hot water. Contacted the property manager and was told they would get their technician on it. Left and came back 6 hours later and nothing had changed. Reached out to property manager again and heard nothing until the following morning. Left the next morning with wet clothes and finally heard from the manager saying we could check out at noon that he had contacted someone and they would be there immediately. Too little, too late!

Dirty and innacurate description

The only good thing is rhe localization. Wirst place ever: Only one AC working (hall), 2nd AC never wroked and the filter was extremely dirty, it seems the last time they changed was a year ago. There is no AC on the dinning and leaving room, no AC on the 2nd room. As soon as we arrived, I call the property manger, and after15min she answered. She said that early that day the technician came to check if everything was working, and asked me to send pictures of the AC not working, to check and send him the day after, with a temperature of 90F!! Then she said that, in Venice apartments, not all the rooms have AC, but they never mention on the description, and she really didn’t care about renting a property with full innacurate descritiption. We dis not saty there, and had to look for a hotel at 9pm. I sent her pictures showi g all the problems, and NEVER, received an answer. Very unprofessional. They simply lied.
