Nous venons à Venise tous les deux ans et c’est de loin le meilleur appartement que nous avons eu ! L’appartement est magnifique, très bien situé, les lits sont douillets, la décoration est soignée, hyper fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeant. Encore un grand merci pour ce séjour chez vous et pour nous avoir permis de partir le dernier jour à l’heure qui nous arrangeait. Nous reviendrons dans deux ans, c’est certain !

Amazing

I can’t say enough about our experience here. It was probably the best trip we have ever had. The unit was equipped with absolute thoughtfulness. The beds were comfortable. There were fans in each bedroom. It was not hot or cold. We love to sleep with fans on. It was spacious. The canal was gorgeous. There is a washer. We had a nice living room and tables to eat at. There was space. The manager was amazing and communicated all hours of the day. Our flight was canceled and they made arrangements immediately to accommodate staying another night. They set up a private taxi and made it easy. It is centrally located and everything is accessible. It was quiet. We absolutely recommend this unit!!! Thank you thank you.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

Oh wow! Perfect with no complaints. Beds were comfortable- bathrooms are fancy! Decor was amazing. Check-in matched the descriptions- the host answered all questions and set up our taxis immediately. Great communication and suggestions. Location was just what we wanted- private neighborhood but still close to everything! Washer worked well! The only suggestion (not a complaint) was perhaps an easier coffee making situation. It was just one espresso at time- we had 3 adults who required morning coffee ☕️ a little labor intensive. But still good. Just watch-out got mosquitos if you keep the windows open. But beautiful view out of every window. Nice!

Wohnen wie in einem Traum

Unser Aufenthalt in Venedig war traumhaft. Die Wohnung war in den Farben Venedigs eingerichtet. Türkis wie die Kanäle, Golden wie der Markusdom, Fussboden wie im Dogenpalast, Rot wie manche Häuser Venedigs und nicht zu vergessen die tollen Muranoleuchter. Der Ausblick auf den Kanal und die Nachbarhäuser war fantastisch. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin war perfekt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders heimelig waren die Boote, die immer gehupt oder gepfiffen haben, wenn Sie um die Ecke des Kanals gefahren sind an dem die Wohnung lag. Das Viertel in dem die Wohnung liegt ist super. Der Supermarkt ist nicht teuer und direkt um die Ecke. Auch waren die Lokale (Kneipen, Bars, etc, ) um die Ecke authentisch. Besser kann man nicht in Venedig leben. Alles konnte man von der Wohnung zu Fuß machen und die Vaporettianleger waren auch nicht weit entfernt. Besser als jedes Hotel.

Beautiful Apartment Close to Everything

3 bedrooms accommodated my wife and I and our two teenagers in separate rooms. Gorgeous renovated. Beautiful windows to open with good weather. Remember, no AC but it was fine with fans provided. Right on the canal with Taxi boat dropping us off right at the apartment. A little out of the tourist area which was such a pleasure. Great restaurants right around the corner. We’d come back for sure.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Flat in San Marco Area

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this spacious and charming flat located in the San Marco area of Venice. Situated on the canal, this apartment provided a delightful experience for my family. With its large living area, comfortable bedrooms, and convenient location, it was the perfect base for exploring the city's major attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat. We were able to relax and unwind in a spacious environment, thanks to the well-designed layout. The bedrooms were equally impressive, offering ample space and comfortable furniture that allowed us to rest and recharge after a day of exploration. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic condiments, allowing us to prepare meals when we desired a break from dining out. Getting there

An almost spectacular location. Did not have VRBO app on my phone so only email communications. My bad. Multiple badly implemented doors and locks made ingress/egress problematic. Your bad. Need to make clear that the place basically has its own dock! Amazing. Castello mostly a quiet place, on the edge of very lightly inhabited area (Hospedale) and more cosmopolitan Arsenale. Too many folks in Venice ....

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay here in venice. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the host was so incredibly accommodating. He reserved us a private taxi to arrive and depart our stay, he also had a wonderful greeter to assist us getting into the property. We made use of the kitchen for one dinner however i cant recommend the restaurant down the alley enough, the food was delicious. It was a bit hot in the apartment for my 8 mo old nephew but the host got some fans to us to help which we greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were comfortable as well. Great stay for the family.

Amazing accommodation and wonderful hosts

We had the most amazing stay in Venice , thanks to our Vrbo hosts. The apartment is immaculate, a short walk to everything you want to see, and in a neighborhood so you feel like a local. We tried the restaurants our hosts recommended and they were wonderful. They also connected us with a loving and wonderful babysitter so we could get out in the evenings and explore, and helped us with the water taxis. 11/10 - places and hosts like these are the magic of Vrbo !

Gorgeous apartment in a great location!

This space provided everything we needed and more for a weekend of exploring Venice. Beautiful interior and view of the canal, conveniently located within walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Antonio was very helpful throughout the entire process! Love it

I would love to tell you not to stay so that it’s available any time that I go… but the property was a great location. Tons of sweet restaurants. Close to coop for groceries. Close to ferries. My only request would be a book with instructions for expectations upon departure, restaurant suggestions and overall dos and donts of the property and emergency contacts.

Stylish Basecamp in Venezia

A beautiful and peaceful spot in a quiet neighbourhood, the apartment appears exactly as the photos suggest. Super convenient proximity to everything you need. Antonio was very attentive prior to the trip as our stay had some shifting dates (we were in town for the film festival) and helped us to get an extra fan very quickly when one appeared to be broken in the apartment to help cool the space. The only downside was some wifi issues towards the end of the trip, but if you are travelling for vacation ideally you won’t even need wifi :) A great stay all around!

Based on the beautiful pictures we thought this apartment was too good to be true. Nope! It was even more beautiful in person!! Great amenities, beautiful neighborhood with some great restaurants...close to everything within walking distance. The hosts were super helpful and were so flexible with check-in despite our super late arrival due to plane delays. Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous, great location

The hosts were lovely to work with and this is a beautiful, spacious, high-ceilinged apartment in a great location. Just one caveat if you're here in summer: have a plan for mosquitoes, because there's no AC and you'll get bitten if you leave the windows open.
