The two bathrooms both have a shower, a hair dryer, and a complementary welcome kit. The living area consists of a kitchen fully equipped with stoves, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook and fully enjoy your stay in Venice. The separate sitting room – where you can relax and chill out after a whole day of exploring Venice – can accommodate another person on the sofa, that becomes an extra single bed if necessary. The apartment is also equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating, and washing machine. The apartment has been recently furnished to recreate a bright and cosy atmosphere, where you can relax and feel at home. The modern style mixes with typical Venetian details, such as the beautiful beams on the ceiling. Location - The apartment is located on a turn-off of Lista di Spagna, the animated road full of shops, only 10 minutes away from Piazzale Roma and near the Santa Lucia railway station. The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal. This beautiful position will allow you to visit the most authentic corners of Venice, from the ancient Jewish ghetto, to the Cannaregio District, where you can discover traditional Venetian taverns and the beautiful Gothic church of Madonna dell’Orto. Attention literie moyenne pour la qualité des matelas mais appartement très spacieux et très calme. 2 salles de bains est aussi un avantage si vous avez des adolescents (adolescentes) Propriétaire assez dispo par sms dès acceptation du paiement. ##### MYR Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### R C. 1 déc. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Nice size apartment and right next to the train station, which was a plus for us since we were taking the train to Florence early in the morning on our checkout day. Spacious rooms with comfortable king size beds. Bathrooms were ok. The Shower is a bit tight, but we had no issues using them. If you are a heavier obese person then the showers might be an issue. I’m 235lbs and 5’9” and the shower was useable but a bit tight. Decent sized kitchen and the building was safe and quiet. A big plus is that it has 2 bathrooms…a must for a family. Overall, this was a good apartment. ##### R C. Really close to both the trains and the water taxi. The space was plenty big and the two bathrooms were a plus, hands down. Everything was well equipped and the sleeping arrangements made it nice for both couples and our single friends to have their own spaces. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Venice. ##### B T. Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Reuben G. 3 juin 2025 #### Great location but issues with bed and upstairs neighbors The location of this apartment is great but I ended up not being able to sleep for the two nights we were there. First issue was one of the double beds had slats missing from both sides which meant the mattress was sinking in the middle absolutely hurting our back. I did inform the host but since this was noticed late at night (when we got in bed) the host only saw my message in the morning which was too late and they offered to fix it the following day.2nd night was ruined by our upstairs neighbours. There was what sounded like a party going on upstairs with loud music, moving furniture and many ppl walking/jumping. I approached them and kindly asked them to keep the noise low but this made no difference. This noise went on until 3-4am meaning none of my party of 4 adults and 2 children could sleep. Again I sent videos to the host but once again there is nothing they could do about it. I find it a real shame that you pay 500 per night and when issues arise there is nobody to attend to you until the following day!
