"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"The pilot light on the fireplace kept going out and we smelled gas. We contacted the host a little after 6am on Saturday January 31. The message from RedAwning was that they put the call in as urgent but were waiting for the technician to let them know when they could get out to look into the problem. We asked RedAwning several times for an ETA and they said they were waiting to hear back and would let us know immediately when the technician could come. As of 2pm on February 2 they have yet to...

"Great location and easy to get to the boomerang slope behind the condo. All the basics are there and checkin and steps to the 4th floor unit are only downside. Need to go to the main seven springs lodge to get door code. Overall great for skiers! "
