I love the Fairmont hotels. It was a beautiful room with a large bath tub and shower and a view of the airplanes. It was so convenient to be able to just wake up and start your day of travel.

Just a top tier hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beautiful. Big tub and shower. Comfortable bed. Directly attached to the airport is very convenient as well.

We landed late at night with our two children and I had asked in advance for a baby crib to be installed in our room. During check-in, I’m confirmed a crib is already installed in our room just to arrive and see no crib in sight. Once I called the crib arrived quickly, but I wasn’t too impressed with the check-in experience, especially being tired from the travel and having to deal with two young children.

Very quiet in rooms. Sand particles came out of faucet for bathtub. Drained tub and got sand particles on floor of tub each time. Not impressed.

We always stay here when flying. It’s so convenient walking right out of your room onto your flight, and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are big and have a great view of the planes. The 24 hour room service is a great touch.

Nice place but the bath was outdated, reminds me of the 80’s: huge tub with “window” to the rest of the room. Only one sink/vanity.

Wheel chair was taken away and my husband could not get to the toilet or shower unless I carried him They thought I was going to steal the wheelchair I think. It was 130 am that we checked in to our room from the flight which we had wheelchair service They provided me with a wheelchair right away but took it out of the room and he was stranded in the room. Very poor idea. It was later explained that had I payed for chair I could have kept it in the room. Hello. Thanks for that.

The hotel offered what you would expect from Fairmont. Only negative was we had to drop off a rental car which is across from domestic arrivals and you have to walk a long distance to the hotel to the end of International flights. They did however offer a ride to check in or security in the morning. Thankfully.
