"My family of five, including three young children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful with a great layout (both indoors and out) and lovely view of the sea. The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong in addition to swimming in the huge pool. We especially liked the proximity not only to Cannes itself but to other nearby towns such as Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne by car and St. Tropez by boat. Great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure in general!...

"We stay at a lot of VRBO's and have seen many wonderful properties but this villa stands out. The outdoor cooking and entertaining facilities are utterly fantastic and all the pots, pans and equipment you would want are there. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"This is the second time we have stayed - we also spent 2 weeks here last year. We love the location, walking distance from shops, restaurant and beach and the villa is smart, clean and well equipped. Pool is on the small side but definitely adequate for us. Hopefully we shall be back again!"

"(EN) The villa is a fabulous space, on arrival Sonia was there to meet and warmly greet us. The villa is spacious and well appointed and the location puts you close enough to everything you may need, from a fabulous bakery, to the large format supermarket. A short drive to Antibes, Cannes and an array of fabulous public and private beaches, we used several of the private beach locations during our stay and found fantastic dining experiences day after day. "A charming hotel in the cutest little village right on the beach. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Fresh coffee and cappuccinos in the lobby!! They have a nice little breakfast and also its a 5 min walk to the beach and marina where there are charming shops and cafes right on the crystal blue water. Had such an amazing stay. The train station is a 2 min walk, with trains every 30 mins, so easy and economical access to Cannes and Nice all day long. Highly recommend. Great value....

Know your choice, and it's fine
"Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free."
