"Arrived. Room not ready. Waited 15 mins. Then dispatched to wrong room; Hotels.com had apparently send wrong reservation. We showed reception our email confirmation and we had to move to correct room. When we arrived at final room (made up of two rooms), it was freezing as they had put fan on from outside (below 0) so we had to turn heat and kitchen elements on to warm room. Second room heater was not working. Went to reception and their handling was a space heater. It is a kitchen room but there is only one desk chair: no table and no chairs. Wanted to cook: no large bowls, no paper towels, very few utensils. Exhaust fan not working: made noise but would not turn. Smell of food stayed in room and then we had to open window at below 0 degrees to make food smell leave. Sign above sink said we had to wash our dishes if not they would charge 50 $ but they provided no cloths, no dish brush, no sponge, nothing except dish soap. In the middle of the night the non-working heater decided to wake up and would start and stop every few seconds and woke us up and had to figure out how to stop it. Hot tub and sauna under maintenance and not accessible but not mentioned on site. Only good thing of those that were important to us, was the size of the rooms. Not a very responsible Management, room not functional and not a good service. We cannot recommend it and we will not go back as it is."
