« Mon séjour n'était pas convenable. J'avais des problèmes avec la chasse d'eau. C'est très désagréable lorsque la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne. J'ai signalé le désagrément à plusieurs reprises à la réception, l'hôtesse me disait tout le temps qu'elle allait le signaler en vain. L'une des femmes de chambre manipulait le flotteur de temps en temps. Une hôtesse m'a proposé de changer de chambre la veille de mon départ. J'étais constipée durant tout mon séjour suite à ce gros problème. »
