"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. "Absolutely AMAZING views, comfortable rooms, and easy parking (an amazing amenity after being in larger towns in Germany & Austria!). There was some construction being done on the restaurant and community room, but there was a free breakfast provided for kloster guests at a nearby hotel. For dinner, take a short drive over to Ristorante Pizzeria Sapori for some amazing Italian food, and the most lovely restaurant owners!"

"Modern, lovely and family friendly hotel Right across from main station Most places are within walking distance Free coffee and water whole day long in lobby is a nice touch (especially in the cold winter season) Check in and check out was very quick and staff were all very friendly and welcoming Elevators were very new and fast Room was as advertised, spacious and new 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet was clean and modern. Water pressure was good A fridge in room might have been more helpful Beds were very comfortable Sofa bed however needs a mattress change perhaps.. sunken in already 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in hall) Good selection of English channels Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe Fantastic variety and great food Will definitely stay there if visiting St Gallen again "

"The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside with frequent timings and took ten minutes into town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and light with spacious rooms. "
