"The price was right for an overnight stay in Modena and the location was an easy 35-minute walk from the city center. The staff was also very helpful, having served us two glasses of limoncello when we returned to the hotel at 11 p.m."

"We stayed for 3 nights in June. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff helpful and friendly. It's very well situated, only yards from the main square and a wonderful indoor food market. I'd recommend it."

"The outdoor pool onsite is lovely, the only thing that lets it down is the smell of sewage in the area, it’s present walking round the hotel area outside. Not great. The room was booked for 2 children and 2 adults but only had 2 towels and 2 pillows which was annoying. If you book for 4 people you should have the necessary items for 4 people. "Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."
