"The hotel is nice , but not really near anything other than a gas station and a waffle house. The breakfast is basic scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits but it was tasty, some variety would be nice for people staying for more than a couple nights. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"The hotel is partnered with the world’s most unprofessional shuttle company, Monarch. We paid $50 for access to the shuttle to downtown Nashville. It’s only a 15 minute drive and the shuttle either doesn’t show up at all or is inexplicably late. The night driver, Mark, is a con artist and obviously not doing the job he’s being paid to do. The hotel staff are aware of the problem and just told us to request a chargeback since the shuttle company doesn’t offer any accountability. The outdoor pool is under construction and you’ll be woken up by the sound of jackhammers. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly, but I cannot recommend this experience to anyone. "

"I was told the restaurant started serving breakfast at 6:30, but when I went down the next morning, I found out they didn’t open until 7. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty & there was no bar soap in the shower. "
