"Townhouse was nice. Pictures make it look bigger than it is. Pull-out couch needs a new mattress/piece of foam. Cleaning crew needs to vacuum better (maybe they need a new vacuum) and check the cleanliness of dishes coming out of the dishwasher/washed by guests. Each dish/pot/piece of flatware had to be washed before using. Nice place just needs more attention to the details."
