« I booked this trip to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with my siblings and all their family members. Communication with the owner was very responsive. The house was everything I expected plus some. I really enjoyed the ambiance at night with the lighting around the back porch and the fire pit. My only regret or complaint was that we booked in June. I wish it was winter so we could have enjoyed the local ski resort. If we ever get the chance to go back to Bethel, we will stay here...

« We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. « The Host exceeded all expectations for our stay. We were greeted at her lovely home with hand/toe warmers and smores makings! She even delivered a beautiful (and yummy) charcuterie box for us the second day. She communicated with us everyday to make sure everything was perfect. She had great suggestions for where to park at Sunday River and made sure we knew when the plow truck was coming so it didn’t interfere with our plans. We will definitely come back next year for more ski fun!!! »

« Everything was even more than we expected! The house is gorgeous and none of the eight of us will forget the stunning view of Mount Washington in the morning. Katie was extremely responsive answering all of my questions, including phone numbers for veterinarians in case my in-laws elderly dog was taken ill. I can't wait to go back and hope to run a quilt retreat there in next year or so. We all want to return to this wonderful place and make more warm memories. »

« We wanted a get away with a view of Mt Washington-and boy did we get it. Plus the house was very comfortable and a terrific place to hang and enjoy the view. The kitchen was very well appointed. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The wood stove kept us toasty and added to our view. Tim, the manager was great. He was very responsive and in touch. We will come back. »
