Appartements à louer pour vos week-ends à University Heights

« Good location. Great bakery nearby. »

« Everything was good »

« Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over. »

« The property had way too many signs…Eviction notice posted on the front door.,..No internet meant no TV…First stay where there was no coffee. No exterior lighting on parking lot or stairs to entrance. »

« The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting. »

« Absolutely wonderful property! Clean and comfortable and hot tub is incredible »

« It was a fantastic place to stay with lots of amenities. It was spotless when I arrived. The host was extremely communicative and responsive whenever I had a question. Highly recommended! »

« In a very good area, clean and easy access. Loved the location and setup of the space. Would definitely book again »

« We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Check in was simple and easy It was right where we needed to be with many restaurants within walking distance as well as the train station in Little Italy for a quick trip downtown. If you have a large vehicle the parking is going to be tight, but depending on where you want to be you might not need to drive. »

« Everything was exactly as it was listed. Check-in was a little confusing, as you don't park right at the property, there's a house between the parking lot & the property. And the code was a bit confusing - you have to push the "home" button, then your code ;) . Otherwise, everything was great -- very nice property. Easy walking distance to Cleveland Clinic - we found it easier to walk than it was to park in the parking garage. »

« Spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment well located relative to the CWRU campus. Cleveland Clinic and University Circle museums. Secure parking and I safety issues. »

« You are near the Cleveland Clinic so there are a lot of ambulances going by day and night. It is. Wry loud. You are also near major road with continuous traffic day and night. It is very noisy. »

« This unit was directly above the grocery store. Very convenient. It is a full service market. The apartment was new, clean, and on the shuttle stop for the Cleveland Clinic. We would stay here again. »

« We had an excellent stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. We had everything we needed and the host was kind enough to stock the fridge with water. Water pressure was great and with 4 of us we had plenty of hot water for bathing. We also had everything we needed for the little bit of cooking we did, and we had plenty of dishes and drinkwear. However, this location is walkable to lots of great restaurants in Little Italy, so if you like Italian food, maybe plan to walk there and...

« The area was great, it had a store in the first floor which was very convenient. 2 bedrooms and a pull out in the living room make it ideal for bigger families. »
