The rooms were decently clean. Much better than some of the other reviews I’ve read. The only issue I had was the massive amount of homeless people sitting right in the parking lot. Nothing bad came of it but it had me worried a bit about my belongings in my car.

The breakfast was not provided as advertised. Small bag of apple crisp and prepackaged oatmeal cookies n coffee was the only items offered.
Room had ants and building is falling apart. Bedding was not clean.

The room was clean. The pool was fun, safe and a great temperature for our 5 an 3 yr old. The little playground was also appreciated and the walking path outside the doors near the river was beautiful. Chose this hotel so we wouldn’t have to spend a lot to entertain littles between basketball games. ...
