It was an easy few block walk to shops, restaurants, and the university. We also loved that it had a monitored/dedicated parking lot behind the unit so we never had to worry about parking. "This house looks good from it's picture but it is another story when you drive up to it. Trash can outside in front of house was full and overflowing with trash all over the yard. House is located on a halfway main street with cars driving on it all night long.
