Lake Michigan Beach Is Across Street, 6 Person Hot Tub, Fire Pit, New Bathrooms

Enchanting dog-friendly home w/ grill, firepit, full kitchen, & washer/dryer
8/10 Good
"This is a nice place at a good price but bring your extras if you have to have them. The kitchen situation is minimal. If you dine out more no problem. We made a crockpot dinner one night( brought from home)and found two pans for making sides. There is a very nice skillet for breakfast but one big and one small perfect for one fried egg. 2 Small coffee cups. A set of dishes for 6. Silverware and cooking utensils are there. You’re not making Thanksgiving here but you’ll get by with making dinner. Lots of reviews mention a smell. When we first got there the air conditioning units were off. And a musty smell lingered. We think it’s because the units continuous run. Once we got them going there was no smell. They keep the house more than comfortable. They have fans. The place is clean. The furniture is old but the beds are comfy. Plenty of towels. Parking is close to the street and planter’s block you from driving up closer to the porch for unloading due to the septic system being here. But the walk isn’t bad. The porch was great, the neighborhood too, close to beaches and restaurants. Union Pier Social became a new favorite. We ride e-bikes and there is so much to explore from this location. Dog friendly! We have an old man and he loved it. The back door is just a step down for him and at the end of the street is a path with encouragement to walk though to a perfect loop for a potty walk. We will rent again. 2 adults one dog. "
A cozy cottage tucked away in the heart of Union Pier!
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage is really cute and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the grocery store and coffee shop which makes it super convenient. It’s set back from the main road so it’s private and surrounded by trees. We loved it so much that we will be going back next month."
"Spent 4 nights with my son and a few of his friends as a last summer hurrah. The place is very clean (appears new) with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus for a towel load. I wish you could open windows (beyond the master bedroom) the A/C units prevent this. We also had flies which was irritating -not sure where they were getting in. A fly swatter would make a great addition! The communication was seamless and quick. I would highly recommend -would fit a family with 2-3 kids well. 2 min walk to the beach is not an exaggeration -the access was so nice and we enjoyed 4 amazing sunsets! We walked to Union Pier for market goods and visited New Buffalo a few times, Stray Dog is always a kid fave. "
LUXURY Lakefront Property on Private Beach with Stunning Lake Views and Sunsets
10/10 Excellent
"Our family loves beach week because this house and private beach are amazing!! The house is fully equipped and the beach shed has lots of chairs and toys for everyone to have fun at the beach. I love that the kitchen, dining area and family room are all connected. The back porch area is huge for all of us to relax and watch those beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets. We have made so many happy memories here. And-Mo the manager was very helpful and nice when we had a minor request. The owner is wonderful to work with too. Truly a great week. We’ll be back again-can’t wait! "
