"Booking last minute, I wasn't sure what to expect... With that said, we experienced a clean room, on site parking, and a warm and inviting staff!! We will absolutely return to the Eagle Cap Chalets! I will also be recommending it to anyone I know traveling to the area. A most wonderful stay indeed."

"Staff were good but the facility was old and run down. They obviously slapped a coat of grey paint on it and tried to call it good but the room was not in great condition. Bedding wasn’t even a comforter, just two sheets sandwiching a blanket that that was very old and worn. "

"It took 30 minutes to check in. Staff was stressed and unprofessional. Hotel smelled bad, first room smelled like cigarettes. Second room smelled like kitty litter. Had to change rooms due to first room not being able to lock. This process took an additional hour due to understaffing. Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. For the price this was a terrible experience. "
