« 리모델링 한지 얼마 되지 않아서 매우 깨끗하고 신식이에요. 호텔 중에 약국이 있고 우메다 역에서도 매우 가깝고 지리적으로 좋아요. 하지만 나의 객실은 대로변 쪽이어서 저녁까지 차와 오토바이 소리가 시끄러웠던건 단점이에요. 조식은 주스 커피 빵 딱 이렇게 많이 있어요. 가볍게먹기 좋아요. 그리고 3층 로비층에는 언제든지 투수객 들이 먹을 수 있는 주스와 커피머신을 사용할 수 있게 되어 있어서 매우 편해요. 샤워기 수압도 매우 좋고 어메니티도 잘 준비 되어 있어요. 전체적으로 만족합니다. 방은 3일에 한번씩 청소 해 줍니다. 수건은 매일 요청하면 갈아 줘요. »
