"This is a motel, not a hotel. It should be noted for those concerned about safety. Otherwise, it was well maintained and staff was very nice. Nice rooms and beds. Breakfast options were very limited to white bread for toast, cereal and a few hot items. Not very good food."

"I booked this quite close to my travel plans so I didn't have a lot of reasonably priced options. The good: relatively quiet, relatively inexpensive, felt safe enough, nice front desk person, comfortable beds, walking distance to Glass Beach and some restaurants. The okay: it's an old property, everything is a bit "dated," all the dispensers in the bathroom (for soap, shampoo, etc.) were empty. I'm pretty sure someone was living in a broken down car in the parking lot. It's changing its name to "Omeo." The sign says "Smart & Luxurious." I don't even know what they mean by "smart," but "luxurious" it absolutely is not. If you adjust your expectations, you'll be fine. Would I stay here again? Only if I couldn't find something nicer for a reasonable price."

"The hotel was dated. Insulation was poor. We were bothered by the level of the noises, upstairs guesses walking, rolling their suitcases, next door talking and coughing, the traffic noise from the bridge right cross the hotel. The phone at room didn’t work and same as AC. They do offer the room service, but at request. The front desk lady didn’t mention that. So the room was not cleaned and supplies were out the second day. We had to go to office to get toilet paper."

"We booked an ocean-view room through Expedia, but the only view from our room was trees and the garden. We chose not to complain to the front desk and stayed in the room we were assigned. We also arrived early and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk took our phone number and told us they would contact us when the room was ready, but we never received a text or update. We ended up waiting for our room, even though check-in was listed as 4:00 PM. In addition, we were charged unexpected fees that were not clearly explained to us, which was disappointing. Other than that, the property was beautiful, and the overall scenery was amazing. The grounds were well maintained, and we still enjoyed our stay despite the issues with the room view, check-in process, and unexpected charges"
