"Stayed for 1 night and everything was nice. Expected to arrive late due to flight delay and they still served us dinner. A staff picked us up at the train station though it’s only a few minutes walk. The dinner and breakfast are the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The property is spacious and clean. "テレビとパジャマ、アメニティ(メイク落としと洗顔、化粧水など)無く、入浴はシャワーです。湯船につかりたい人は¥700を持って車で2分のホテルアマービレでお風呂だけ入りに行ってください。ちなみにアマービレホテルのお風呂も広くは無いので時間帯により混雑してます。その点をわかった上でゲートウェイに宿泊したので、パジャマとアメニティを準備して泊まったので何も不満もなく、お風呂はゲートウェイ備え付けのタオルを持ってアマービレに行きました。ゲートウェイは建物の4階にあり、部屋での飲食行為は禁止で、飲食は共有リビングです。私たちの行った時間帯はリビングに誰もおらず、フリーのコーヒーをいただいたり、持ってきた保冷剤を凍らしたり、お茶を冷やすのに冷蔵庫を使わせてもらったりしました。2人部屋を借りたのですが、隠れ家みたいで子どもに評判良かったです。寝るだけに利用するので部屋に何も不満はありませんでした。部屋も清潔でした。洗面所やトイレシャワーに関しては共有なので、使われる人が綺麗に使うなどしてくれるといいと思いますが、オーナーも割とウロウロしてて見回りしてくれるているのか、この点でも良いと思いました。"

"Saika-an is about 10 minutes walk from Nishi-Maizuru station, the staff here is very friendly, they are very patient to explain everything you ask. The room is fantastic, it's a Japanese tatami style so I love it, they also give you free public bath voucher where you can use it at nearby public bath.
