Welcome to The Turtle Ranch, a beautifully styled and expansive vacation home on charming Tybee Island, Georgia. This pet-friendly multi-level retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it an ideal destination for families and groups seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

Enjoy multiple levels of screened-in porches, each offering ample seating and a charming swing, perfect for morning coffee, summer cocktails, or stargazing without worrying about bugs after a day at the beach. Large windows throughout the home flood the interior with natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. While there is no pool or spa on-site, the nearby sandy shores and ocean breeze more than make up for it.

The main living areas offer a bright, airy space designed for comfort and connection. The open-concept living room is cozy yet spacious, ideal for relaxing or entertaining with family and friends. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area, creating the perfect spot for shared meals. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and two counters with seating—perfect for casual breakfasts or lively conversations while cooking.

The main level has two guest bedrooms: a king suite with a private bath and a kids’ room with two sets of bunk beds sharing a bathroom. Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite boasts a king bed, private balcony, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and private water closet. Two additional guest bedrooms with queen beds and private baths ensure privacy. The top floor includes a living room with a sleeper sofa and full bath for extra guests.

The house was excellent place to stay! Very well stocked and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The elevator is certainly a nice touch since it’s a three story. Would definitely recommend.

Not completely happy

The condo was very well furnished but the kitchen really needs paring knives. The elevator stopped working halfway through our weeklong stay and they were never able to get it fixed. It was one of the reasons we chose the condo. It was supposed to have a gas grill but only had a charcoal grill. It was a very nice condo so if these issues had been fixed we would have given a better rating.

Last trip of the summer

The house was great. All the bedrooms were large and spacious. The living room, dining room and kitchen were great as well. The family had plenty of room to spread out and play a few of the board games that were available. The 9yr old enjoyed playing the Nintendo Wii! We would definitely come back to this house.

Only 1/2 block from the public walk way to the beach. And short walk to pier, restaurants and shops. Very nicely decorated and comfortable home. The bunk bed room and one other bedroom are away from the main living area. Overall a very nice stay

Lovely Place!

The home was clean and spacious. I loved that each room had their own bathroom so that when the 10 of us girls needed to get ready, we all could! Kitchen was well stocked with the utensils needed, but no extras like spices or oil.

Turtle Ranch 16A - 12th Place

This was an amazing house that accommodated our family with everyone having bathrooms, great layout for the younger adults that could separate from the older adults. Great check in. Easy access to the beach with a short walk. Only problem was the elevator was out which we really needed but with COVID it was hard to get someone in to look at it and fix it but we were reimbursed some for it being out. Will definitely reserve this place again. Wonderful stay and we loved it. Thank you so much.

Tybee Beach Vacation Rental was very accommodating and friendly during our stay. They were welcoming and helped us with logistics such as parking, golf carts and information on the neighborhood. Our house was well appointed as described and served as a great staycation for our family and friends.
