« The house is in a great location. Right by the beach and this portion of the beach is not busy. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. If you book this property bring air mattresses. »

« It was a throwback to the times my family went to Tybee Island when I was little. The "mom n pop" property was perfect for a weekend getaway. We parked our car at check in and except for a meeting we had to attend in Savannah, we didn't move our vehicle. The pier, restaurants, bars, and shopping are literally a stones throw away from this gem. Well lit property, friendly staff at check in, clean swimming pool, well stocked room....we will definitely be back! »

« We loved the location so we could walk to local stores and restaurants. The beach was a two minute walk away and the pool was great!! Kitchen is well stocked. Home was very clean and all instructions were easy and well laid out!We had a great stay and will be returning. »

« The location of the unit is perfect. Quiet, steps from the beach. Easy drive to Savannah and local shops and great restaurants. Ample room for a large family, well furnished. The unit needs some immediate attention. The dryer doesn't dry so we weren't able to do laundry.- a real inconvenience One big disappointment was lack of a hot tub- which is still in the pictures of the unit. We were told after it was too late to cancel that it had been removed- although it's apparent that it was removed...

« This house was beautiful inside and out. Ocean breezes greeted us every morning. Plenty of room for hanging, watching movies and eating with the family. The hit of our week was the pool and game room. From a 11 year old to 60 year olds there was much time spent swimming talking and playing. Perfect family vacation - Thank You Tony!! »

« Place was clean and as described. Walking distance to beach to restaurants and bars. Ran out of gas for grill and they had it replaced in under an hour. Great service. »

« Todd's place is funky little house with great beach access and wonderful extras, like a roof-top deck, a deluxe spa, fire pit, and all of the beach gear you might need, including well-maintained bicycles, a wagon for beach gear, plenty of chairs, and a beach umbrella. The kitchen is basic but completely serviceable (no dishwasher in this vintage galley kitchen). The beds were really comfortable. We were also able to bring our little dog for an extra fee ($100), which we really appreciated. Great...
