Welcome to Aqua Vitae - translated as "Water of Life" or "Without water, there isn't life" - is located where water abounds with its close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. This 3,000+ sq ft property is truly a unique expression of artistry, leisure, and extravagance. Step into opulence in this 4 bedroom, 5 bath townhome, where each bedroom has its own ensuite bath. Aqua Vitae conveys a feeling of elegance in each detail throughout the home. The "Palm Springs meets Tybee" designs are showcased in the light-filled living spaces, featuring fun artwork and unique furnishings, all within a block to the beach. The home's main living area is on the third floor. The large open floor plan features the living, kitchen, and dining areas, which have access to the third-floor balcony with a partial ocean view. Settle in on the comfy sofa, set before a decorative fireplace with mounted TV. Sip your morning coffee and evening cocktails from the adjoining porch with a partial view of the ocean. Entertain your guests with a large dining table for 8 and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The beautiful, large open, fully equipped cook's kitchen has all you need for prepping and cooking a fantastic meal. The kitchen features a gas stovetop, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large center island with a prep sink. There are a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on this floor. The second floor features a luxurious main bedroom suite with a King size bed, a 50 inch Smart TV, and access to the attached balcony. The large ensuite main bathroom has dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a large glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king-size bed, a large Smart TV and has a large ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a large Smart TV and has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The ground level is home to the fourth bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach is close by - easy walk for beach and restaurants/shops/grocery. Be aware that the living is on the top floor - you have to climb stairs. We stayed over 4th of July and could see the Tybee Island Fireworks from the balcony. ##### Vickie G. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen on 3rd floor was a long haul with groceries but huge fridge, nice stove and oven all you needed to make meals. Walk to the beach was short. Had an issue with a bathroom that was unable to get fixed during our stay but we were able to still enjoy our stay fully. Was fine for 10 guests, but in case of friend gruops that may want privacy 2 stayed on an airbed in the living room. But there is a full bathroom on that floor. Parking was easy too. ##### Summer S. It was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. The original refrigerator went out before we arrived and they had a loaner refrigerator that was too small for a family staying a week. They did deliver another loaner fridge but we still had to go to the grocery store on a daily basis. The management company did work with us and did what they could to try and rectify the situation. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the home was beautiful. ##### Michael A.
