Walkable to Dining&Shopping-Unit C Welcome! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom open-concept condo is the ultimate beach getaway! Enjoy easy access to the beach via the boardwalk just across the street, plus off-street parking. With space for up to eight guests, it's perfect for families and friends. We're within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and pets are welcome for a fee. We provide both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to host you! This is an upstairs unit. Guests will climb the exterior wooden stairs and enter through the front door labeled with a "C" by using a digital keypad. Enter into the hallway leading to all areas of the condo. The first door on the left is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom on the right has two full beds. The next door on the right is the laundry room. The second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is across from the laundry space. At the end of the hall, you will find the open-concept fully-equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room. The living room has a sofa bed, two chairs, and a SmartTV. Additional seating is available at the dining table with four chairs. Access to the patio is through the living room. Across the street is a walking path to the beach! \*\*NOTE: this home has three units. You will have full and private access to your unit. Beds were not very comfortable. Door rack in frig was broken. Front door lock not working when we arrived. One patio door does not have a lock.
