This modern Tybee beach house is located within a block of Tybee`s popular South Beach, Downtown Tybee`s shops, restaurants and bars, the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. This vacation rental is perfect for a family gathering with two full kitchens and ample space to get together in the 2 living areas of the house, the screened porch, or enjoy the ocean views on the top floor deck.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Dogs are not allowed on the beaches anywhere on Tybee Island – see Tybee Beach Rules. Violators are subject to a $300 fine on the first offense! Make sure you make arrangements for proper care for your pet before heading to the beach!

Please pick-up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell, or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
