"The motel is quaint and centrally located on the island; it has charm and nostalgic feel. The pool is very nice, office staff is very friendly and responsive… Wish a few things in the room were upgraded and more up to date.. Rooms are suitable size and nice to have a fridge and microwave… The fans need to be more upright oscillating type to cool all the rooms… Would stay again"

"The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B good and not fair was because of the Inn Keeper. He was amazing!!! He’s only there in the mornings but he makes a wonderful breakfast, was extremely knowledgeable on the area and the history it contains. Without him, this is not a place I would recommend."
