« The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy...

« We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. »

« The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time. »
