"We have a dog with us and we hoped the room is well cleaned (since it's a "pet" room). And we found the room is really clean et we've been really satisfied. There's no carpet in the room and the breakfast is great. Yes, it's probably an old hotel renovated but the the cleaness is above average!"

"We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Napanee on June 20, 2025, and had a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. The room looked exactly like the photos online, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, there were no odd smells, and the AC worked perfectly and quietly. The continental breakfast was also very good. It is a great location and is conveniently by several stores which is nice. The lady who was working the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with check-in and local restaurant recommendations. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The staff were the most helpful in carrying our luggage to our room. I had my husband who is handicapped and our service dog. In the morning they took our luggage from our room and put it all in our car.The nicest, most helpful owners we have met on all of our travels.I tried to tip them for their extra service and they would not accept it.
