« This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. Our room had a great air conditioner and the shower was nice and hot. »

« We had a problem with the room we were given. When I contacted the front desk, the attendant was very generous and offered an upgrade room. We also asked about local places to eat that were still open. She made several recommendations and gave us discount coupons for one of the restaurants. That is customer service! »

« The door on our room would not lock and the door wouldn't stay shut. We were told to just push it really hard to keep it closed then lock the deadbolt. We were moved to another room after asking if we could just have a room with a sofa bed. I wouldn't stay here again. »

« Do not stay here. The room door did not work, the staff was very rude and the air conditioner did not work. The rooms are old and it certainly does not meet the standard you would expect with the Hilton name attached. »

« Staff - Front Desk - Michael- VERY RUDE upon check in and each time we passed the front desk he would not say hello. Terrible attitude and customer service. This is the reason I may never return there. When I checked in, I was told that no rooms were clean nor available until 3pm. I and my son sat in the lobby 25 minutes. A husband and wife walked in and immediately received a room. Unacceptable……..,,, »
