The Monteray Hotel

"It was an excellent stay but very very outdated. Public washroom style toilet and soap dispenser. If your looking for the Hilton or Sheraton, its not for you. The amenities were great! Had a kitchenette, stove, fridge, dishes, cups and glasses. There is a convenience store nearby so I was able to pick up tea, water and other amenities. Large 1 bedroom with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Which was quite nice also. There are 2 a/c's, one in the bedroom and one in the common area, both operated by remote control. House keeping came around daily to ask if i needed anything replenished. Ashley from the front desk greeted me when I arrived and continued to be helpful with any questions I had during my stay. She was friendly and informative. It was an awesome stay, I would and will stay again because of the proximity to stores, beach and restaurants. The beach was literally a 4-5 minute walk. Oh there are no elevators, 3 floors."

Everyone there takes pride in their work and it shows. The food and drinks were top notch! The water views and pool were so relaxing. The location is perfect too, especially as a first time visitor. I’m already planning my next trip to return there."
