« I checked in and was told I no longer had a king bed due to issues with the rooms. I asked if I would still get my balcony and they said no. The staff did not offer anything that may have eased my experience. I had to ask if there was anything they could do for me and they waved my $20 dollar parking fee. I did not not receive anything remotely close to the room I had reserved and paid for prior to my arrival. »

« We were well welcome in the hotel and our stay was very nice. The hotel is pretty new, offering large rooms well equiped. We appreciated the breakfast, the gym room and the swimming pool. It is close to southcenter mall offering many possibilities to eat. »

Chambre spacieuse. Grand parking proche centre commercial et nombreux restaurants. Bon petit déjeuner. »

« Séjour confortable et agréable accueil malgré l heure tardive d arrivée »

« Awesome staff, very kind. Overall had a great stay! »

« I stayed there 2 times and both had a good experience. The staffs are very helpful. Amenities like a gym is in good condition. Room is basic but spacious and clean. »

« I loved everything about the property. We had an issue with internet the first day but that was fixed. The only issue was the broken toilet paper holder. It didn't impact the ability to use anything though. I definitely recommend this place. »

« The room was clean but lack of pillows and no chance to get another one at the reception. No coffee in the room. Very small soap and shampoo. If you need more you have to pay! Finally the sink was clogged. Not a good expérience for us. Next Time we’ll try another hôtel. »
