"Overall not terrible. TV was a problem and didn’t work. Lighting in bathrooms was dim, one bathroom light in shower was out completely which made it really dark. Run down and surface level clean enough, but dirty in nooks and crannies and dirty washer/dryer. Quite expensive due to extra fees. Location is good, close to everything but not walkable to downtown. "

"The house was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the lock in the front door was broken. The only way to access the house was through the back door. The person who walked around the house to the back door opened the front door for my 88year old mother. To lock the door, my mom and I walked out the front door. One person stayed behind and locked the door from the inside and then exited the back door. I reported this to the management company repeatedly. They twice told me someone was on their way to fix it. No one ever arrived. Then they told me someone fixed it while I was out. It was still not working. My poor mom did not feel safe. I felt bad for the people arriving after us having to deal with the same problem."
"I had to ask for the code. The tub didn’t drain well during a shower. The window was stuck open in the bedroom and it was incredibly hot. Someone did come fix the window but the air conditioning still didn’t come in well. Someone showed up to deliver a couch on the second day. We had no notice and could not get ahold of the owner so they left. Then she wanted us to accept delivery if she could get them back. The view was of the trash outside. I would take a pass if you are looking for a place to stay. "
