GENERAL

A comfortable fully double glazed detached bungalow with relaxing views of fields and woodland, fronted by a sheltered paved patio area and approached by a short winding driveway through tree shaded lawns with a gravel parking area.

The front door opens to the hallway with a light and pleasant sitting / dining room to one side with a cosy woodburning stove and patio doors at one end with views through the trees of the congenial gardens. At the rear of this room a door leads into a well equipped fitted kitchen.

There are three pleasant bedrooms. The king-size double has an en-suite shower room W.C. and hand basin. The twin bedded room has a vanity basin and there is a smaller children's room with 2ft 6in bunk beds. All the bedrooms are fitted with convector heaters. A bathroom W.C. with wash basin and shower over the bath opens from the hallway.

All rooms look out on the shaded grassy gardens that surround the property. Under the trees in front of the cottage there is a brick bbq for the sole use of this property. In addition to the garden furniture which is provided, there is also a hexagonal picnic table built around a tree stump with seating for nine. There is parking available for 2 cars with further spaces on request.
