"The things I really liked about this hotel were that it was clean without smelling of industrial fragrance, it was quiet when we were trying to sleep, and it was conveniently located near the highway. I am very sensitive to air fresheners and scented cleaners, and this hotel was comfortably clean and neutral smelling. Not sure if the walls are soundproofed or if it just happened to be a quiet weekend. The king sized bed was a bit soft for us, but it was okay. The coffee had a weird taste. The pool was closed for repairs when we were there, and we didn't eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on those things."

"The fitted bottom sheet wasn’t big enough to cover the thick mattress, so several times each night I had to re-make the bed. Also, the mattress pad kept bunching up making sleeping uncomfortable. Early in my visit the desk clerk gladly gave me a bag of ice. Later in my stay a lady clerk sleeping said the ice maker was broken, yet there were buckets of ice being used for the breakfast display."

"For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below.
