« My bad, when I made the reservation I didn't ask what how much the pet fee was. They charged me $75 for a one night stay. This was my first and LAST stay at a Hampton. I feel scammed. »

« Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect. »

« Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where...

« Check in was a bit bumpy. We asked for a private room for our anniversary, but the young hotel clerk put us on the first floor and our window faced outdoor seating. Otherwise our stay was very nice. »

« The front desk person was out smoking when we arrived and when they came inside they were rude. There was black hair, it looked to be dog or cat hair all over the bedding and the towels in the bathroom. I went to use the fridge and their was a dessert container on the top shelf so that had not been cleaned or looked in. The rest of the hotel seemed failry clean. »

« Personnel accueillant tout particulièrement Robert. Seul bémol: Notre chambre étant située face au Boulevard du bruit est présent jusqu'à tard le soir et à partir de tôt le matin (5h15). Sila chambre avait été située de l'autre coté ça aurait été parfait ! »

« Room was good. Toilet kept backing up something wrong with the handle. Breakfast was typical. Hard boiled eggs weren't peeled. »
