The large living room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes), a library, and satellite TV, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. One double bedroom is located on this level as well. The kitchen, which serves as the entrance area, is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it convenient for preparing meals. A dining table is also available in the kitchen area. Both the living room and kitchen have access to a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. A shower and toilet are located on this level.
