Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City, this space is perfect for an up north getaway. Relax with friends or family in the unit or enjoy a short walk or drive to nearby restaurants and bars.

The Space:
This third floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, this suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.

In the living room you will find additional seating, and a large flat screen tv. Trailside45 is a mile and a half away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

**There is a Smart TV in the living room for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable**

Papa Randy’s e-Bike adventures!

We are e-Bike enthusiast, and this location is an awesome location for bikers who want to enjoy the tart trail the Leelanau Trail, the Heritage Trail. this complex is literally on the trail and is so easy to get anywhere and everywhere.

Cherry Fest Girls’ Trip

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, safe, and well-appointed. We were there for the Cherry Festival, and the only tiny concern was the hike to the festivities. Uber to the rescue…only about 10 bucks! Great stay! We’d come back!

The elevators were broke. We were not given notice on that. We have expensive bikes and we’re not able to use elevators and we were told we could not use main level bike closets. No compensation was given to us. The windows were dirty, really need to be cleaned. Decor was bare. The location was good. Bathrooms were stocked well with towels, shampoo and soap.

Great Condo

Stayed on the property to come support a family member having surgery. The property was clean and in a great place for food. Though we did not go, it was also just minutes from the bay. Highly recommended to stay here.

Great Accomodations for Wine/Brewery Tours

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our winery/brewery weekend getaway. It is in a great location, quiet, close to everything, good price, and perfect accomodations for our group (2couples). We each had a private bed and bath (closed the door on 2nd bath making it ensuite). Everything you need is here. It was easy check in and out by phone. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Clean unit. Thats about it. Odd, loud, high traffic location in a poorly built wierdly laid out bldg located in one of the few armpits of northern michigan…..no working coffee maker, no pen and paper, etc…. Like an overpriced motel 6 without the parking convience. Never again. Left a day early it was such a dissapointment
