« First, on the check-in process. I missed an email in my box two days before we left on the trip, That one explained what we needed to do in order to gain entry into the unit. That left me calling in order to do so. Response was excellent and timely, so overall, I need to give myself an "error" on the check-in.

« It’s a huge old mansion that parts of it have been renovated/restored. We stayed in the Maids Servant’s quarters which has been beautifully restored. We did not have access to the rest of the house. We met one of the owners when we checked in, but they made an effort to give us our privacy. In the morning, they left a beautifully prepared breakfast outside our door. They thoughtfully had any amenities we might have needed.
