"When we arrived they tried to give us a room that was not what I reserved. It was dirty and not cleaned. After arguing with them for over an hour they finally put us in a room I had originally booked. Very outdated, smelled and it too was not clean. The staff was running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night yelling and being loud. The pool area wasn't enjoyable as they allow day passes and people come in and take over the whole pool area. Very rude and disrespectful. I will not book here again. "

"Stayed off season and the only option was at the hotel. The main and side entrance both had a heavy smoke smell. You can tell they put a lot of money into the outdoor areas/tiny houses and the hotel needs love. "

"Havent had any issues here, staff has always been helpful, rooms are clean, ive stayed here thru 2025 an 2026 many many times, plan to in future, better then super 8 staff stalking over bed sheets and children puking at 2am ish, stay here not the super 8"

"We didn't use the pool area at all, so not sure how that is. They are renovating, but it's honestly kinda sloppy. Carpet in our room was brand new, but it didn't look like they vacuumed. The room was freshly painted, but lots of rough edges, paint smudges, etc. New tub surround, but they didn't caulk around the tub spout. Nothing disgusting or dangerous, just sloppy. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker all seemed to work fine. The lobby doubles as the breakfast area, and the furniture was all new & very comfortable. Breakfast was good - cereal, bagels, muffins, 2 waffle makers, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee. This would be a great bonus for families. "
