« The cabin was very clean, neat and well decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The hot tub was enjoyable in the cold winter nights. The pellet stove kept it nice and toasty. The host was very friendly, courteous and amenable. It was just the 2 of us, but it could easily fit a few more people. »

« Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. Kitchen is great, and upper patio is where we ate every meal with great views and nice lake breeze. Only things I...

« The cabin was great. Bedrooms well kept and neat. Sleeps a lot of guests with the bedrooms, bunks and couches. One minor addition with that many people would be a small indoor washroom. I would recommend this cabin and vendor very high. God Bless and thank you »

« Everything was excellent. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas as listed. Fireplace in main living area not working yet. Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. Saw lots of deer out back every morning. Everything was clean. Had all the dishes, supplies needed to make a few meals. Large open living space on main floor which was great for...

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
