« The house is absolutely gorgeous! We were all able to get warm showers. The water pressure in the kitchen isn’t great but the bathroom sink is good if you need faster water (I had sippy cups to wash.). The fridge/freezer is small but works great we had 4 days worth of food in there no issues. We had plenty of energy from the solar panels, we left the bathroom light on all night for the kiddos. We had sooooo much fun exploring the property. Although you can hear quite a bit of traffic...

« The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. »

« Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. « Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again! »

« Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. »

« We always enjoy staying at Colleen's cabin and are grateful that she opens it for guests! It's a well-done hunting cabin that has a lot more comforts than others in the area. Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. »

« Our stay here was amazing!! The cottage is so cute, and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The cottage has everything you would need, and there were even kayaks to take out on the lake to enjoy. It had a pretty view and a safe neighborhood.
