There is no elevator so travelling with large luggage may be inconvenient with the stairs bit I did see hotel staff providing assistance with baggage. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be in walking distance of the city center."

"Beautiful old-world hotel right in the centre of Tours. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel staff very kindly upgraded us to one of the suites! We loved the room and its art deco style: huge space, big bathroom and the aircon was excellent. Excellent breakfasts and the staff were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
