"Good location for me when i have work to do in the phoenix area! The room was clean and quiet! The staff was very helpfull and informative. Parking was the best since the parking area was empyu. Breakfast was not what i expected in that it was very limited. I will go back when i need a place to stay in the phoenix area!"

"Terrible service, their television and cable didn't work and they said the pool opened at 9 am and didn't open till after 930. Tried talking to front desk about issues but the front desk worker was in the bathroom over 45 min and there was a line of 5 people with complaints in front of me. All in all a bad time"

"Everything was good and available - however the linens all had a must to them even when completely swapping the bedding for the room. Additionally, the room door wasn’t properly sealed so enough noise and light from the hallway caused plenty of night time distractions."

"The hosts were great, very responsive. The house was as stated. We would stay again, given the opportunity. Initial check-in was rough, but that was the fault of myself and VRBO. VRBO needs to update their “chat” ability. It wasn’t updating in the app, even though the host was responding. And my fault was in sending my ETA when I was in a dead zone without realizing it, meaning they never received it. Beautiful place!"
