Having undergone recent and extensive renovations, our suite features a private entrance and outdoor space, open concept kitchen/ living area with large central island, master bedroom, and fully equipped bathroom. Full height ceilings throughout the space, and shared access to laundry facilities onsite. Some more details about the space: • Designer finishes throughout, quartz countertops and polished concrete floors. • Close proximity to all your basic amenities including transportation, groceries, bars/restaurants and entertainment. • Fully equipped kitchen features range and stove top, full sized fridge, built in dishwasher, coffee maker, 4 seater island perfect for cooking, eating, and working.
