Sunny Shores Retreat offers double the space with two homes on one beautiful waterfront property overlooking Meachums Creek and the Rappahannock River. Perfect for large families, multiple families traveling together, or group getaways, this unique retreat combines room to spread out with incredible shared outdoor spaces.



The Space:

Sunny Shores Retreat has unbelievable waterfront views, a private pool, and your own dock on the Rappahannock River!



The main house is designed for entertaining with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, two oversized decks, and beautiful water views throughout. An elevator provides easy access between levels, along with a workout room and dedicated office space. The large kitchen and dining area make it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and time together.



The cottage offers easy one-level living and is perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a fun-filled game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, plus a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and screened porch that leads directly to the pool.



Step outside to experience everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st — pool photos coming soon!), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the small beach area that appears at low tide.



Whether you're spending the day on the water, relaxing poolside, dining at waterfront restaurants, or gathering on the decks for sunset views, Sunny Shores Retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and unbeatable location.

The home is perfect for all seasons, from outdoor adventures to relaxing waterfront days. Golf at Piankatank River Golf Course just 10 minutes away, enjoy fresh oysters and waterfront views at Merroir Tasting Room only 7 minutes away, or sip wine at The Dog & Oyster Micro Vineyard. The area is also ideal for sport fishing and crabbing, with fishing charters available to the Chesapeake Bay.



Explore charming river towns for shopping, dining, and local festivals. Urbanna, Deltaville, and Irvington are all about 15 minutes away, White Stone is just 12 minutes, and Kilmarnock is only 20 minutes. You truly cannot beat this location with five towns within 20 minutes.
