"We were the only ones staying. Bedrooms were basic. Shower so small & shampoo/conditioner were outside shower and could not access. Kettle could not be filled at sink due to size. Menu advertised for breakfast was not what was given. I ordered a continental breakfast to be served cereal & toast. Menu said croissant, fresh fruit, yogurt & granola. Very disappointing. Wait staff had no clue on how to do their job nor any knowledge of the menu. The building itself was lovely and location wonderful."
