There was a hole in the wall beneath the shower head, and the flooring was in very poor condition. The front desk staff were also disappointing. One employee appeared unprofessional. One with no bra on and another became noticeably irritated each time I showed them pictures of the bedding and asked for clean bedding. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were far below acceptable standards. I would not stay here again."

"This hotel is centrally located and just off I-5. However, it could use some upgrades. The hot tub was falling apart. The bathroom had calk coming off the tub. The bathroom wasn't clean. The elevator had the same dirt for several days. There was a good selection for breakfast."
