There is no staff in hostel. But if you have a problem, you can inquire as e-mail or line,wechat. Staff would be deal your problem promptly. And I felt inconvenience because my bed has not stair. When I go up to my bed, I felt some fear. If you sensitive for cleanness, I can’t recommend this hostel. But this hostel is very cheap, staying customers of this hostel are polite, It is quite safe because it is only for women.
